A vacation paradise in the exclusive gated Villages of Crystal Beach community complete with huge lagoon pool and hot tub within the neighborhood and a 10 min stroll to the white sandy Destin beaches. We have just refreshed this home from its previous owners who already had nearly 100 five star reviews! This perfect home away from home is centrally located and very convenient for all your entertainment, dining and shopping needs while on vacation!
Our 2 story home has an open living/dining space along with a chef-caliber kitchen, featuring everything you'll need to whip up a pancake breakfast or a tasty family dinner! Downstairs primary suite houses a King size bed with primary bath that includes a double vanity, walk-in shower and a separate tub. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy sitting area that leads out onto the covered balcony. This balcony is also connected to the Guest room with Queen bed. Down the hall, there is a kid's bunk room with 4 custom built twin beds, a shared bathroom with combo tub/shower and double vanity, and an upstairs Primary suite with King bed and ensuite bath. A full size washer/dryer for your convenience makes this your perfect home away from home!
Every bedroom (except twin bunk room) and common area has a flatscreen TV with Roku. Just bring your own login and enjoy!
Our home is child friendly with available pack n' play (x2), booster/high chair, outlet covers, and children's dinnerware. We also provide beach chairs (x6), beach umbrellas, a hard rolling cooler, a beach wagon, beach blankets and towels. Please just remember to bring these items back for the next guest!

Bedroom 1: King bed with attached bath, Smart TV
Bedroom 2: King bed with attached bath, Smart TV
Bedroom 3: Two Twin bunk beds (4 beds)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, Smart TV
Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway of the home with 1 additional vehicle allowed in the overflow lot. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items. NO street parking!
Right across Highway 98 is Destin Commons, a pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where kids can play in the interactive water fountains or the large outdoor playground. There is something for everyone!
Locked owner's closets located in kitchen and upstairs hallway. Beach equipment located in outdoor storage deck box.
For your safety, there are 2 video cameras OUTSIDE the property that are recording at all times. Because there are some full time residents living in the area, we ask that this home is not used for parties.
We are available via your booking platform from 8am-8pm.
