Our 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath plus pool side half bath and outdoor showers (2) is walkable to restaurants and shopping, and only about 600 feet from the Shores of Crystal Beach access; a quick 3-minute stroll. The large private pool is heated (added charge) with covered outdoor kitchen, wrap around deck, half bath, and pool and beach gear accessible from storage.
Ideal setting for family gatherings, easily hosting 2-3 families. All living areas on the ground floor. The second floor is exclusively the primary (King) bedroom and bath with access to private deck overlooking front entry and pool.

Screened front porch and sitting area welcomes you into a large living area with 50” Smart ROKU TV with full cable TV channels, comfortable sleeper sofa, and love seat. Kitchen table sits 6 with added seating at kitchen counter. Outdoor tables sit 12.

Fully equipped and outfitted kitchen. Granite counter tops, 4 burner gas stove-top, oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, drip and Keurig coffee makers, blender, hand mixer, crock pot, electric griddle, and all the kitchen/cooking tools, dishware, plasticware, and utensils you will need. Pantry is stocked with coming baking items, spices, oils, cook sprays and other basic supplies.

Bedroom 1 – King bed with En-Suite double sink bath, tub-shower combo. Complete privacy upstairs. Smart 30’ TV with cable and built-in DVD. Opens to deck over front entry and pool area; his and her seating to share special moments of the day.
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with En-Suite double sink bath, tile shower/tub. Smart 34” TV with cable.
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with access to pool area. Hallway bath with shower and linen storage. Smart 28” TV with cable.
Bedroom 4 – Bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds. Smart 32” TV with cable and built-in DVD, toys, board games, and table/chairs. Closet with baby monitor, pack-n-play, umbrella stroller, and baby chair attachment for table. The half bath is located down the hall from bunk room, next to kitchen and living areas. This room has access to back outdoor area and a 2nd outdoor shower with privacy barrier just around the corner. Great for the kids to wash down after pool or beach.

The highlight of Southern Breeze is the pool area. You will spend most of your time in this relaxing and functional space. The large 12’X32’ pool is great for play, floating or laps. The 7 comfortable lounge chairs are ultimate sunning spots.
Outdoor covered summer kitchen area is equipped with gas grill, large griddle, mini-frig, and sink with cold water. Plan at least one meal poolside with steaks, burgers, fresh fish from the Gulf, or a combination of all.
The charming half bath at pool includes a pedestal sink and commode. The first of two outdoor showers is right outside the half bath. The half bath cabinets are stocked with solo cups, paper and plastic plates, and beach towels. Note house rules regarding pool and beach towel use. Around the corner from the pool is a second outdoor shower with privacy barrier.
Pool closet is loaded with beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, pool floats, boogie boards, cooler, and toys.
|Let’s Beach|
First head to pool/beach gear closet and select your cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, floats, toys, kites, etc. Pack your cooler with ice and beverages (no glass at the beach) and load up the provided beach wagon. Don’t forget your sunscreen and water. Roll the wagon down Hutchinson St. straight to the Shores at Crystal Beach. It’s about 3 minutes. Enjoy our sugar white sand beaches and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.
Shores at Crystal Beach is a great beach access with pavilion, picnic tables, public rest rooms, showers/beach wash down, handicap access, and 9 parking spaces. The City of Destin has purchased adjacent lots to triple the size of this beach access. Construction should be completed in 2024.
Beach service, bicycles, scooters, Jet skis and parasailing are all accessible and nearby. Check with us for preferred vendors and discounts. Our home’s large driveway accommodates parking for 4 vehicles. There is plenty of room for golf cart or trailer with small boat.​

Guest Screening for the protection of you and others: The guest may be required to give the host permission to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases prior to final confirmation of the reservation. Complete terms regarding guest verification can be provided by the host. Guests may receive an email to complete this screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the host if you have any questions.
$500 credit card authorization is required. Southern Breeze offers guests the same access to supplies, amenities, and home conveniences as family, and we expect each guest to treat our home as if it’s their own, leaving it in the same condition as upon arrival. In that regard, 3 days prior to check we require a $500 credit card authorization to secure any charges under the Rental Agreement, not otherwise covered. The card will not be charged if there are no issues, and the authorization will drop from the card limit based on the card issuer’s policy.
NO Pets and NO Smoking (Inside or Outside of home). The policy is strictly enforced, NO exceptions. Owner has allergies.
NO events or parties. The home has noise /crowd monitoring and outdoor cameras in place.
Minimum age 25 years old. 1 adult 25+ years old for every 3 minors. Due to restrictions, insurance, and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to (i) guests under the age of 25, or (ii) student/college groups. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the entirety of the reservation. ID's will be checked upon booking and verified onsite at check-in and throughout the stay. We reserve the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage or in violation of this or other Rental Agreement provisions. No refunds upon eviction.
