It has a private pool that is able to be heated in the winter months. It has a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart(LSV). The beach access is 1 block away! Get there in less than 1 minute on the golf cart, or in less than 4 minutes if you walk! On top of that, the home is located in the center of many shops and restaurants. Everything you need for the perfect vacation is waiting for you. *If groups under 25 are accepted, a $100 damage deposit will be required from each person.

We do offer a cancellation policy: If cancelled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If cancelled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.

KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals for large families. It has beautiful Graphite colored cabinetry, and granite counter-tops. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. Also has a large counter-height bar, with 8 bar stools.
DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, the dining room has the front row view of the backyard and pool. You can also see the TV in the living room. It has a beautiful, handmade table that seats 12 people.
LIVING ROOM: This living room is right next to the dining room and has 1 full-sized sofa, 1 love-seat, and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, flat screen TV with Blu-ray player.
BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat screen TV. It also has its own spacious, private bathroom that is wheelchair friendly, with a stand-up shower, and a separate shower/tub combination.
BEDROOM #2 + BATHROOM #2: Located on the first floor, (across from bedroom #1). This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 nightstand, and a flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Located downstairs, off of the main hallway. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.
BATHROOM #6 (HALF BATH): This bathroom is located on the first floor, off of the main hallway. All of the bathrooms in the home have custom, built-in cabinetry, with granite counter tops.
2ND FLOOR:
BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #3: Up the stairs and to the left, you have bedroom number three. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom, with a stand-up shower. And it has access to the balcony that runs the full length of the back of the home, overlooking the backyard and pool. This BACKYARD BALCONY has a cozy outdoor love-seat and chair set, with a coffee table.
BEDROOM #4: This room is adjacent to bedroom #3, in the back of the home. It doubles as a secondary upstairs living room. It has 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed, 1 full-sized sofa, 2 accent chairs, and a flat screen TV. It has plenty of open floor space for air mattresses or a pack-n-play. It also has access to the same balcony as bedroom #3.
BEDROOM #5(Bunk Room): This bunk bed room is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with TWO full-over-full bunk beds, a dresser, 1 nightstand, and a fat screen TV. It shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom #6.
JACK-AND-JILL (BATH #4): This spacious bathroom is shared between the bunk room (#5) and a king suite (#6). It has two sinks and a tub/shower combination.
BEDROOM #6 + BATHROOM #4: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat screen TV. It shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the bunk room (#5). It also has access to the large balcony off the front of the home. This bedroom, and bedroom #7, are the two largest if you need to set up a pack-n-play.
BEDROOM #7 + BATHROOM #5: Adjacent to bedroom #6, this bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 accent chair, 1 night stand, and flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with stand-up shower. Also has access to the front balcony.
BACKYARD: Take a swim in the 28×15 ft. private, salt water pool. This large backyard also has a table with umbrella that seats 6, plenty of lounge chairs, 3 hammocks, a picnic table, and a gas grill. There is plenty of space behind the pool for throwing Frisbee or football. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.
