This home is located a short 5-to-7-minute stroll directly up the street to the shore! This is one of the few homes in the area that also includes an outdoor playset for the kids and features a private 36x16ft pool! “Family Matters” has everything you need for the perfect vacation at the beach. This home is a 9-bedroom, 5.5 bath, luxury home with nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of total living space. The home sleeps 20 in beds and up to 22 with sofa sleeper. For convenience, this home also offers an elevator with access to all three floors!
On the first floor you will find a high-end gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances; comfortable dining arrangements for all your guests including a large formal dining room table; a breakfast nook table; and a large granite bar stool counter adjacent to the kitchen. On this floor, there is one King bedroom with private bathroom. There is also an additional half bath near the common entertaining area.
On the second floor, you will find a secluded sitting room perfect for a second gathering area or for a quiet moment reading or napping on the queen sleeper sofa. Also on this level are 4 King bedrooms, a jack and jill bathroom and full shared hall bathroom and a laundry room. Completing this Floor is a fun bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds which sleep 4 guests.
The third floor Grand Master King Suite is well-worthy of a home of this caliber. There is a beautiful, vaulted ceiling, elegant crown molding, and a top-end electronics suite. This room opens to a large private balcony. The bathroom is akin to a spa with a large garden tub; separate shower area; spacious dressing area; and a laundry nook with a second washer and dryer set. The third floor also has 2 additional King bedrooms and a bathroom with direct access from both rooms.
The property is situated in the perfect location only 200 yards to beach access on the quiet and un-crowded western end of Scenic Gulf Drive. The home is a few lots off of Scenic Gulf Drive, ensuring that there will never be a problem with traffic or pedestrian noise. The Crystal Beach neighborhood is Destin’s best beach area and is a short distance from Destin’s best shopping and dining locations.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
**This property has a STRICT 5-car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office. Guests not in compliance are subject to a fine up to $300 per city ordinance.**
*This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.*
No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*
BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 5 minute walk!
BEACH CHAIR SERVICE: Complimentary beach service is offered for guests of this property at the Crystal Port East access just up the street! That is to set ups daily from 9 to 5, this includes four chairs and two umbrellas!
*Weddings/Events– All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.*
*Wedding Permit- This home does require a permit from the county that is separate from the $750.00 event fee from Beach Reunion*
*PETS PERMITTED: $250 Per Pet; Max of 2 Dogs 25 Pounds or Less

Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*
Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
