A quick walk from the sugar white sandy shore, the luxurious “Life’s a Beach” features a rooftop deck, a large backyard with two private pools, a massive Summer kitchen, and large backyard space allowing guests to experience coastal living to the max. The amazing remodel completed in 2022 maximized the space for large family enjoyment taking this previous 9 bedroom home to a top of the line 11 bedroom vacation home with parking for up to ten vehicles! Now sleeping 34, you're not going to want to miss this coastal gem!
Just through the front door, guests are greeted by a large open floor plan with rich tile flooring, which is perfect for sandy beach living. Guests will enjoy the well-appointed kitchen featuring 3 full sized refrigerators, 3 dishwashers, all stainless steel appliances set into granite counter tops. At dinner time, guests can enjoy the dining room located just beside the kitchen, with a two formal dining tables with bench seating as well as ample seating along the Breakfast Bar. The main floor also includes a gaming/entertainment area complete with darts & pool and a full bathroom in the hallway. There are 3 additional half bathrooms, and a King Suite with its own luxurious private bath.
Use one of two stairwells to ascend to the second floor when the playtime is done for the day. Sleeping arrangements for up to 22 on this floor include 2 King Suites with Private Bath, 2 Bunk Rooms (1 with Private, 1 with Shared Bathrooms), 1 King Bedroom with Shared Bath and 2 more Queen Bedrooms with Shared Baths. The second floor also includes a foosball table and a tranquil seating area to wind down and watch a movie.
Heading up to the third floor, the fun continues with a full sized theater room and sleeping arrangements for another 10 guests. Guests will enjoy a library/sitting area, full sized laundry room, a kitchenette, and access to a beautiful rooftop deck for the very best views of the gulf. Bedding includes a Master King Suite with large private bathroom, and a King Bedroom and bunk room sharing a common bathroom.
Step just outside the back doors to the inviting plunge pool centered on the sun deck with two dining tables and an abundance of chaise lounge chairs. This pool can be heated for an additional fee. The covered porch is ideal for guests who prefer to take a break from the Florida sunshine. Across the deck, another LARGE private pool (cannot be heated) overlooks the lush yard, which is perfect for children to play and plenty of room for fun lawn games.

* This home requires a Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and a Sunday to Sunday rentals during our Summer Season.
* College/Student groups are not allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. * This home features two swimming pools. * Only the smaller plunge pool may be heated, the large pool cannot be heated. *
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.
