Modern Serenity, a truly one-of-a-kind, 4 bedroom, 4 bath, located right on the beach. You’ll have 2700 sq. feet which includes an open floor plan with ample space for family and friends, beach accents, flat screen TV's throughout, full size washer/dryer, high ceilings, an amazing fully equipped kitchen where family and friends can cook together… or not. There are three separate large balconies offering breathtaking panoramic gulf views making this your perfect vacation get-a-way. It’s an easy walk past the pool; hot tub and you're on the beach!



Modern Serenity sleeps 13 with four comfortably furnished bedrooms. Three of the four bedrooms have king size beds and each offers breathtaking views. The king master suite is beach front with a private balcony, a private master bath, 50” flat panel Smart TV, comfy seating for two to escape and an amazing desk should you need one. The second king bedroom has a private balcony with lovely bay and city views and a 48” flat panel Smart TV. The third king bedroom offers beautiful gulf views, a 46” flat panel TV and a separate work space/vanity.



Finally, the kids fourth bedroom room is fully decked out and ready for fun with bunk beds that sleep up to 7, a 40” Smart TV, X-Box 360 with various popular games and a separate bath. Awaken every day to the energizing sounds of the gulf waves, throw open the shutters and be drawn to the sunlit water views outside every window.



Modern Serenity is located in the heart of Destin on a prime stretch of beach, where guests are steps away from a variety of restaurants, shopping, nightlife and entertainment options. There is so much to do -- or do nothing at all -- the choice is yours.

Destin has been voted 'Best Beach in America' by the readers of USA Today, and has been rated as 'Best Family Destination' for over 10 years in a row by the readers Southern Living Magazine.  Destin Towers is a gated access low density condo resort, owns its gulf-front beach and was also named as a 'Top Pick' Destin Condominium resort by Southern Living Magazine.  With only 45 units (less than half available as rentals) building common areas are uncrowded and more importantly, the Destin Towers private beach is much less congested than larger mega hotel-resorts, allowing for better access to premium beach spots.  This unit also enjoys one assigned covered parking spot, closest to the building, with additional visitor spots available so you avoid the “beach parking competition.”  This, along with 2 high speed elevators, will allow you to maximize family time and make full use of beach time.
