Located in ‘Destiny by the Sea’, a luxury gated community, MyTy is within 20 ft. of the private beach and emerald waters on Destin’s Gulf Coast. MyTy offers all beach needs: chairs, toys, pool toys, coolers. Four bicycles are also included for your enjoyment.
MyTy is a 4300 sq. ft. home with two additional 1700 sq. ft. outside wraparound balconies on level 2 and 3 that offer plenty of seating to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. MyTy has an elevator, 5 ½ bathrooms and 7 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 18. Every room has free internet access and streaming channels along with high speed internet. All bathrooms include hair dryers, magnifying mirrors, and full mirrors.
First Floor:
When you walk into the main entrance, this sets the stage for the elegance and color you will experience throughout MyTy. This floor has 1 king and 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and each has a wall mounted TV. There is also a wet bar, a mini frig and coffee pot. The spacious laundry area has two large capacity washers and dryers along with a utility sink and ironing board. There is also a door leading to an outside shower for removing sand from a day at the beach. The 1600 sq. ft. private heated pool and hot tub area (heating charges extra) includes lounge chairs, tables, and highback chairs perfect for entertaining. The beautifully landscaped area includes a natural gas grill.
Second Floor:
By stairs or elevator, the second floor provides a living room area with colorful furnishings and décor. The large wall mounted TV and gas fireplace allow for lounging, gathering or entertaining guests. The newly remodeled kitchen contains everything desired for even the best of chefs, including a separate ice maker for added convenience. A large dining table along with counter seating and a breakfast/game table will easily seat all meals. This area includes a guest half bath.
Directly off the main living area are two entrances to the spacious 1600 sq. ft. wrap around balcony with seating and tables that allow for a spectacular view of the emerald water and the famous sunsets that Destin is known for. This area has a second gas grill for convenience allowing accessibility to the kitchen.
The second floor has the first of MyTy’s three master king suites. Each of MyTy’s master suites have exceptionally large bathroom areas complete with walk-in glass shower and a separate spa/tub. Each of the bathrooms have a sitting area, hair dryer, makeup mirror, a full-length mirror, and a huge walk-in closet complete with an ironing board. Each suite also has a private balcony with table and seating for relaxation and quiet.
Third Floor:
The third floor leads you to a common area including a wet bar, mini frig, coffee pot, TV, and a queen sofa sleeper. Off the common area is a bunkroom with sleeping for four with wall mounted TV and an Xbox entertainment center.
The third floor has two master king suites. The north suite has the same sleeping, seating, large bathroom with walk-in shower, spa/tub and private balcony as the suite on the second floor.
