“Over The Top” is a beautiful, three-story coastal home which offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in the gated community of Destiny East, “Over the Top” sits on one of the highest points in Destin. Watch the inspiring sunrises and sunsets from one of three southern decks that run the length of this beautiful beach home. “Over The Top” sleeps 24 guests, has 6 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms.
Entering the First Level, you will see the grand spiral staircase. For sleeping arrangements on this level there is a bunk room and a King Suite. The bunk room exudes a cheerful atmosphere and features 3 sets of custom-built queen-over-queen bunk beds, perfect for the kids. The King Suite includes a private bath. There is a shared full bath on this floor. conveniently located near the entrance of the private pool is the game room. The game room offers up fun with a pool table and a wet bar leading out to the stunning pool.
On the second floor is a modern, open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This luxurious main living space is bathed in natural light during the day and features intricate, high-end details that pull together the perfect space to relax with company or entertain. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island that also serves as a breakfast bar with seating for two. Perfect for conversations while cooking! The formal dining area offers gulf views and seating for 8. There is additional dining space for 6 guests by the outdoor kitchen on the balcony. For sleeping arrangements you will find two king suites, each with their own private attached bathrooms.
The third floor is mostly encompassed by the magnificent Master King Suite. This expansive room is a marvel featuring a living area with fireplace; two huge walk-in closets; and a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Completing this spectacular master king suite is the private balcony. A Queen Suite is also available on this floor and features a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
“Over the Top” is within walking distance to beachfront restaurants and the Destiny East Community Center which offers a large pool, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking/pet path, large playground, grilling/prep station, and private movie theater!
Beach Access- Guests will enjoy their beach experience at the expansive public beach located by the restaurant The Crab Trap.
*This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months. * No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older except for children in families.
*Weddings/Events – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1,500.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. This home has public beach access. *
*Events for this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa County in addition to the Beach Reunion event fee. *
Additional Amenities:
Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay. *Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. *

Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a standalone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
