Checkout is 9:00 AM...Late checkout to 11:00 AM when available $295 fee!

Pool and hot tub heat is $150/day or $895/wk
Pool is heated to 85 degrees & Hot tub to 100 degrees (6 PM -Midnight)

Elevator usage fee of $395/stay!  Highly recommended for senior guests, quickly get groceries and drinks to kitchen on level 2, or to transport luggage to the third level!

Beach chair Rentals....$3.00/day/chair or $15/week. Tommy Bahama light weight chairs with drink holders and small lined cooling area for ice!  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR STAY.  NO NEED TO BRING FROM HOME OR PURCHASE!

Pet friendly $500/ stay... house trained dogs
