The dining area seats 4 but there is additional seating around the kitchen bar. The Living room offers a view of the Destin Harbor thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.
The guest bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a large Flat screen TV with DVD player. The Guest Bathroom offers a combination tub/shower.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a partial view of the Harbor and a Flat Screen TV with DVD player.
The patio off of unit 103B offers easy access to the complex grills, a short walk to the complex pool or tennis courts and great view of the boats on the Harbor. This complex is about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Boat slips are not available.
