Yes, you probably guessed that it has many upgrades but again it surprises with its 10 ft ceilings, travertine tile floors, inset lighting and granite countertops throughout. The kitchen is especially impressive with stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, plenty of cookware and of course- spectacular views of the Gulf through the oversized sliding glass doors. Moreover, conveniences like a full laundry room and plenty of seating add the comforts of home.
Each bedroom enjoys beautifully coordinated, beach themed decor bursting with vibrant colors and replete with comfortable furnishings. Property Rules state no boats, trailers, jet ski's, RV's or Golf Carts permitted.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
