This professionally decorated, remodeled, 3rd (top) floor condo boasts stunning Gulf views.
There is a king bed in the bedroom and NEW (Spring 2022) mattresses on the twin bunks in the hallway.
There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher (we provide dish soap and dishwasher detergent), smart TV in the main living area & bedroom, TVs with cable in the bunks, and WiFi! Parking (up to 2 vehicles) is conveniently located just behind the complex.
The heated pool and hot tub is available to enjoy year-round!
You will love the proximity to the crystal clear waters of the Gulf as well as quick access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment! Many are even within walking distance! We can't wait for you to experience and fall in love with Grand Caribbean!
**THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY (a designated smoking area is in the parking lot)**
**Please be aware that the building does not have an elevator and this unit is located on the 3rd floor**
**We provide just enough toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to get you through your first day - please come prepared with these items or plan to purchase!**
**Monthly cleaning (at renter's expense with our housekeeping company) will be required for stays exceeding 3 weeks**
SNOWBIRDS!!! We do offer a discounts on stays exceeding 28 days starting November through February. Feel free to inquire for more details.
