Life is ALWAYS Good at Destin Pointe. Llocated on Lake Caroline within the gates of the beautiful island neighborhood of Destin Pointe. This newly renovated home features 4 Spacious bedrooms 4 1/2 Baths.
Life is Good is a fully equipped beach home that features a main floor master bedroom suite with a private balcony, an oversized soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A spacious living area, and a dining area with a large dining table for family dinners. Whether you vacationing in the summer or traveling during the holidays you will find the kitchen fully stocked with all nessarsities to make those traditional meals. Each bedroom is equipped with TVs. Top floor features 3 bedrooms (1) bedroom has a king size bed and a queen bed. (2) bunk room with 2 bunk beds that sleep 4. (3) bedroom has a queen size bed with private bathroom. There are double stacked washer/dryers located off the kitchen on main level. Lower level of home features a studio apartment for additional houses guest-- you know the ones who last minute tell you they can now come. :)
In the garage you will find a couple of bikes, beach cart, beach toys and extra beach chairs. This home comes with complimentary 2 chairs and 1 umbrella on the Gulf of Mexico side of beach during regular rental
​season.
There are also two community pools located on the property, and enjoy sunset beach views from one of the 2 beach areas.
THINGS TO KNOW:
Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.
Seasonal tram service will run March 20 - October 31, Monday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. (Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.)
Parking notes: Parking passes will be handed out by security upon arrival. Curbside parking is prohibited. No boat, trailer, or RV parking available.
