Dining table can accommodate 8 and the living room is perfect for relaxing. Split bedroom plan and two full bathrooms.
Frolic in the Gulf-front pool or relax in the Gulf side lounging areas. Fight for your love on the lighted tennis court, or enjoy an afternoon cookout at the barbecue grilling area. Stroll the convenient beach for an indescribable day of basking in the sun, ... what a brilliant way to spend your vacation! We do provide 4 beach chairs in our unit for your use or beach service is available through Barefoot Beach Service at an additional charge.
The entrance to Jade East and beach access to the condo are both gated and code secured. This unit has a designated parking space so you never have to worry about finding a spot to park. Additional parking is available for one additional car. Unit is located on the first floor - which is one floor up - so no elevator is needed and there are luggage carts to assist in the ease of your arrival and departure.
Nearby activities and attractions include countless restaurants such as Another Broken Egg for breakfast, Fudpuckers Beachside for lunch and the Back Porch for dinner. Big Kahunas Water Park is located directly across the street where the kids can enjoy water slides & pools, go-carts, bumper boats, the arcade, and much more! The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”!
As Jade East is a non-smoking building, we only rent to non-smokers and by HOA rules no pets are allowed. Primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years old and stay the entire rental period.
