Maravilla is a POPULAR destination for Families or group looking for an AMAZING getaway. TOP RATED, Gated community with 2 pools (1 heated), hot tub and tennis courts. The resort has 2.5 acres of private beach access so it is definitely not overcrowded. Cross the street and you are at the beach!

The space:
This Maravilla condo is located on the 3rd floor with large balconies off the living room and master bedroom that provide side views of the Gulf of Mexico. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The condo has 2 King Beds, 2 Twin beds and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.
The unit has cable TV's, high-speed internet and WiFi. There is a hair dryer, beach towels and a beach wagon. A high chair and pack and play are also provided. The kitchen is well-stocked with a coffee maker, Keurig, blender and toaster. Cookware and utensils for a gourmet meal are supplied. A starter supply of bath essentials, kitchen soap and paper products are included.
"Destin Relaxation's" location is UNBEATABLE! You literally have to cross the street and you are at the beach! There are wide sidewalks on both sides of Scenic Highway perfect for a morning or afternoon stroll. If you want to eat out, Kenny D's and Captain Daves are to the right and Pompano Joes is to the left. All are within short-walking distance. No need to find a parking spot... The Crab Trap is probably my favorite but I would recommend a car.

- Maravilla is a low rise condo with elevator access, so it is perfect for families with small children and seniors
- 2 unassigned parking spaces available. Passes will be provided for your stay.
- There are no Trailers, Campers or RV's allowed in the parking lot. No golf carts or scooters are allowed.
- No children under 12 years of age are permitted to use the hot tub.
- Peak Summer Reservations require a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday-Saturday.
- Discounted monthly rates are available between November-February. Please inquire
- A $200 security deposit is required under special circumstances (i.e. pets with prior approval). It will be returned if there are no issues.
- If inclement weather occurs, only a refund will be issued if a mandatory evacuation is issued by the county.
