Outside: Wake up each morning and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee on your private, covered patio with porch swing. Take in the lovely pond views while relaxing or eating breakfast on the patio. Want to grill some fresh seafood? Plan an evening cookout with our nearby furnished charcoal barbecue grill, and enjoy the intimate backyard.

Our staff uses CDC-approved hard surface disinfectants and sanitizer to kill all COVID-19 germs. We make sure to also disinfect all doorknobs, faucets, & bathroom fixtures to keep you safe & healthy.
Guest access: When you book our amazing beach villa at Seascape Resort, you’ll be given a keyless entry code for easy access. Your reservation includes 2 complimentary parking passes, though extra passes are available at the front desk for $10 per pass.
Seascape Resort boasts 2,000 ft of private, white-sand beach access for guests! That’s right, PRIVATE! Grab your complimentary beach cart, chairs, and umbrella and head down to the water, on us! Closer parking is available just a few steps from the beach if you prefer or need to drive.
Our villa is pet friendly! Don’t leave your furry family members behind. ($150 fee for one pet, or $180 for two)

Overview Seascape Resort is perfectly located between Destin and 30A; you’ll be near popular restaurants, premier shopping, and fun entertainment. Known as Destin's best-kept secret, Seascape Resort encompasses over 300 acres of lush greens, serene lakes, and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach.
Getting Around At Seascape Resort, you’re in the heart of everything! Located just a few miles from excellent shopping centers, like Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also nearby is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway which also has a movie theater!
Dining options in this area are endless. We recommend trying the Whales Tail, which is within walking distance from the property, for one of the freshest seafood-inspired menus in the area. Pompano Joes is another local favorite. Other great eateries include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, and numerous others.
We also recommend checking out Dolphin Reef, if snorkeling is on your itinerary. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), you can enjoy an up close and personal view of the amazing seal life that calls the reef home. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often.
