Welcome to your official Relaxation Station… Seacove 9G. Our recently remodeled and updated condominium offers a spacious open floor plan with plenty of room to unwind and enjoy the beach lifestyle that only Destin’s Emerald Coast can offer. This two bedroom, two bathroom unit has max capacity for 7 individuals – ideal for your family or group of friends.
The famous Destin white sand beach is merely steps away, via a private access across from the complex. No large, looming high rise complexes are nearby – all but ensuring quiet, less crowded beach conditions. This is the perfect location. Dolphins, pelicans and sea turtles are regulars at the beach.
The master bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, full dresser and two ample closets. Adjoining ensuite full bath with a shower/tub combo. Fresh towels and clean linens are provided for the length of your stay. The second story loft bedroom displays two (new 2022) Queen beds and a separate twin bed pullout loveseat. This second bedroom also has a full bathroom with shower, flat screen TV, dresser and closet. High speed WiFi and Cable TV throughout.
The open concept kitchen / living room provides a great space for families and friends to cook, dine, relax and unwind. Comfortable sectional sofa (new 2023) provides ample room to stretch out recharge your inner batteries. A modern appointed kitchen with new appliances throughout - including coffee maker, toaster, all cookware and kitchenware. Dining table and breakfast bar seating. The living room opens up to a private balcony with comfy lounge chairs (new 2023) and a high-top patio table for four (new 2023). The balcony overlooks the lush green courtyard and fantastic Seacove heated pool complex. Be sure to try one of the many seasonal pool party activities that Seacove staff and community coordinate each season. Families of all ages love the in-pool movie night each week in the summer.
Private, full-size washer (new 2022)/dryer laundry & storage room off the front porch of the unit. Assigned parking located just outside the front door. Multiple charcoal grilling stations and outoor gathering stations (new 2023) are located throughout the complex. Community is gated and the complex is professionally managed by onsite staff.
If you are looking to venture out, the central location of Seacove offers close access to high end retail and superb outlet shopping. If golf is your thing, there are no less than 9 courses within 15 minutes. Offshore fishing charters, boat rental, Crab Island adventures, snorkeling and wave runners… the list of things to do is numerous. Some of the Gulf’s best food is found right here in Destin.
