Spring 2015 made many updates to this condo. New flat screens in all rooms. A new master king bedroom suite with sleigh bed and bedding, two new twin beds in the second bedroom, and a new sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional accommodations to our guests. A fresh coat of paint finished off the updates for year making the entire condo seem new and pristine!
Our two bedroom, two bathroom golf villa offers desirable first floor access backing up to the 16th green and facing a beautiful park-like setting for enjoying your morning coffee. Condo is steps away from two of the nicer pools in Seascape, with the pool by Golden Pond offering fishing for the anglers in the group. Tile floors throughout are easily maintained on your stay. 2 full baths make it easy to get an entire family of four ready for dinner out at one of Destin's finest restaurants. Each bedroom has a television with cable, while the living room is also equipped with a DVD player. The living room contains two comfortable reclining chairs in addition to the sleeper sofa providing enough seating for guests and family get togethers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and coffee pot. The attached dining area seats six for dinners in or a quick breakfast before hitting the beach. In our storage closet you will find a portable tailgating tent, 2 bicycles, boogie boards, corn hole boards as well as sand toys for the kiddos.
The porch area includes a swing and wrought iron table and chairs for your enjoyment of the picturesque pine trees that frame the golf course view.
If you desire a more active vacation, Destin/Ft Walton/Sandestin area will not leave you bored. Seascape resort is only minutes from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall for bargain shopping, as well as Destin Commons and the brand new Beaches of South Walton shopping mecca. Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin also offers shopping, dining and a multitude of children's activities including movie night and evening concerts (check local schedules when you arrive). A few more minutes down Highway 98 into Destin provides the Big Kahuna Water park open during peak season, as well as choices for putt-putt golf and go-cart racing. If you travel a few more minutes to the marina you can watch the fisherman bring in their catch of day on the Harborwalk. While you are there, you can book a Dolphin cruise on the SeaBlaster or a snorkeling trip for a truly fun experience for the whole family. Driving to Ft Walton is worth the time to walk the Pier or you might prefer to visit the Gulfarium to view various aquatic wild life and watch the dolphin show.
If fine dining is your forte, don't miss Pompano Joe's, Acme Oyster House, Stinky's Fish Camp (yes, it is fine dining), or Dewey's of Destin.
