Perfect 9th floor location... With 3 king bedroom suites and a 2 queen bedroom suite our condo sleeps up to 10 guests in the privacy of bedrooms! Three full bathrooms. Our corner unit condo has floor to ceiling windows on three sides! Here's a summary by room of our condo's feautures...
Living room... a comfortable slipcovered sectional sofa provides plenty seating, large 65" wall mounted 4K Roku television with free high speed WIFI lets you to sign in to your own premium channel accounts (HBO, Showtime, Netflix, etc) and watch them while your at the beach! Just don't forget to log-out of accounts when you check-out.
Dining Room... The large round dining table provides seating dining for 6-7 guests . Three bar stools at the kitchen counter mean an entire guest party of 10 can dine in the same room.
Kitchen... Custom white shaker wood cabinets, white ice granite counters, white appliances. Thoughtfully stocked with upgraded pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils. Custom ceiling lighting in kitchen and hallways on dimmers lets you adjust for mood lighting.
Gulf side balcony... Large gulf front balcony with unobstructed water views. Comfortable sectional sofa, aluminum chaise lounge and aluminum dining table provides social seating and dining options for everyone in your party.
Master bedroom (bedroom 1)... a spacious and private retreat with king size bedding, floor to ceiling water views and along with a working desk for those working remotely, a large 65" high definition Roku 4K wall mounted television, luxurious private master bathroom with double bowl sinks, walk in shower, and a large soaking tub.
Bedroom 2... king size bed with a luxurious gel mattress. Balcony access with views of Destin and the amusement area. High definition wall mounted 55" Roku 4K streaming television.
Bedroom 3... king size bed with a luxurious gel mattress. Balcony access with views of Destin and the amusement area. Window views of the gulf of mexico from the bed pillows. High Definition wall mounted 55" Roku 4K streaming television.
Bedroom 4... two comfortable queen size full length beds can sleep four adults in the privacy of a bedroom. This bedroom features its own fully updated private full bathroom (Bathroom 2) with a walk-in shower. High definition wall mounted 55" 4K Roku television. Balcony access with views of Destin and the amusement area.
Hallway bathroom 3... custom white shaker cabinets with plenty of cabinet storage.
Laundry room... Brand new for 2024... a large capacity front load clothes washer & dryer set in a private laundry room.
Interior flooring... Luxurious wood/boardwalk-style porcelain tile flooring in every room, closet and hallways. Not a stitch of wall to wall carpeting in the condo.
Free Parking... A total of four complimentary parking permits are available upon request. Every stay includes one assigned parking space in the gated garage and unassigned parking for up to three additional cars. Unassigned parking is on a first come, first serve basis.
Miscellaneous... 2,080 of interior air conditioned space, plus a large gulf side balcony and a second city side balcony. We are on the end of the building with amazing views from three sides. Custom lighting with dimmer switches for adjusting mood lighting in hallways and kitchens. All sliding doors feature custom room darkening heavy drapery. In each bedroom you'll find plenty of wall hooks for hanging towels hats and jackets as well as a full length dressing mirror.
Important changes regarding Silver Beach Towers Resort and its' beach services... Silver Beach Towers Association ("SBTA") owns the 600 foot private beach at the resort and operates daily beach services from March 1 thru October 31 each year. Effective 3/1/2024 and beyond, SBTA no longer offers complimentary daily beach setups. All guests will need to purchase their own daily beach service directly from the SBTA . An SBTA daily beach setup consists of two chairs and 1 umbrella. The published prices for SBTA daily beach service effective 3/1/2024 are $30 per day for the first daily setup. Each additional setup is $65 per day. Extra umbrellas are $25 each per day. These published prices are not guaranteed for future reservation dates and are subject to change by SBTA at anytime.
SBT Amenities... Silver beach towers resort has two large swimming pools, two hot tubs, outdoor beach showers, a tennis court and complimentary gas BBQ grills. Building features include key fob access to the building's exterior locking doors. Interior hallways to all condos are carpeted and air conditioned. Two elevators service only three condos per floor. Please note that Silver Beach Towers does NOT have a fitness center and that travelers who need one should either consider a different resort property or purchase a temporary guest membership at a nearby third party fitness center.
