Dedicated single space in secure parking garage. High-speed, elevators exclusive to east/odd-number tower. Two beautiful pools, marine-quality community barbeque grills, and tennis courts are on ground level as well as private beach access. One set of two beach chairs and umbrella provided. Grills are off the pool sundeck. Additional guest parking on the ground level. The entire facility is security controlled and maintained to the highest standards.
Touchless check-in and out. Fob is express mailed to guests and then left in condo on departure. Door locks are coded.

Family Rentals Only – SeaScaping will not be rented to vacationing students or adults under the age of 25 who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST BE STAYING IN THE PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES. ANY VIOLATERS WILL BE EVICTED AND FORFEIT ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS. THIS POLICY INCLUDES RESERVATIONS MADE BY PARENTS OR GUARDIANS WHO CHECK UNDERAGE GUESTS IN, THEN LEAVE BEFORE THE ENTIRE STAY IS COMPLETED. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.141, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed.
