Due to no washer and dryer in the unit. Guests will have a set of 8 baths, 8 hand, and 8 washcloths regardless if you stay 2 nights or a week. Guests over a week will have fresh towels dropped off and the others picked up.
Around May, June and July you’ll have entertainment by local bands as well as some Nashville hits!! (Seasonal and depends on Sand Bar band schedule) The beach vendors work hard every day to make sure guests are well taken care of. Especially because some of them live on the resort. LIVING AREA Enjoy movie nights in the welcoming living area, which offers a 75” smart TV, and amazing views of the resort.
KITCHEN & DINING Create fabulous meals in the full kitchen, which offers ample counter space and helpful gadgets. Please note there is no washer and dryer in this condo, but you can take advantage of the pickup and drop off laundry service available. When it’s time to eat, gather at the oversized kitchen counter or have a private meal on your teak patio set.
BED & BATH This condo sleeps up to two guests in a king sized bed. Sleep COMFORTED in the studio which offers a blackout automatic shade for complete darkness. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Start your mornings with coffee on the private patio, which has incredible views of the resort. Enjoy access to luxe amenities -- including a fitness center, tennis courts, hot tub, pool, and a handful of on-site and close by restaurants.

Silver Shells is located in the heart of Destin, close to great restaurants, excellent shopping, and plenty of activities for couples!! WHY WE LOVE IT:
The patio is a direct walkout to the pool and beach. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is also located on the premises at Silver Shells. There is really no need to leave this incredible Destin resort once you are here. Henderson Park is adjacent to Silver Shells and offers a private untouched beach that is not found in other Destin resorts. Back Porch restaurant is a stroll down the beach, and Silver Shells guests have their own tiki hut for drinks and meals right on the sand. Grab a dinner out and then soak in the hot tub with a spirited drink for 2
Guests have access to the Destin Health and Fitness Gym located at 4471 Commons Drive. Please ensure you are wearing your Silver Shells wristband and have your ID handy, to gain access to the facility. Destin Health and Fitness offers a robust set of equipment as well as Pilates, Zumba, TRX, Muscle Pump, and Yoga.
This studio is a large, very spacious room for two! This condo is for adults only(we make exceptions for kids if one adult and one kid, but ask first). Max is TWO People.
You'll see the whole resort, the gulf, the pool, and that gorgeous sun every morning through the high glass patio doors. It's just gorgeous! We loved walking to dining every night! If we wanted to drive to a spot then we could within minutes. Phew! Lots to read. I hope you and your loved one decide to take a chance and book with my condo today. You’ll have a beautiful time.
