This charming home is divided into 3 floors with room enough for all. Enjoy the breath taking views from the living room/dining area/kitchen on the second floor. The gulf facing balcony is the best place to watch the sunset! In the living room you will find plenty of seating around our large flat screen TV and an open floor plan for easy socialization. The bar offers 4 seats and generous counter space. Our kitchen is well stocked and lit for the chef in your family.
Make yourself at home in any of our 3 master suites! On the first floor you will find one gulf front king suite with a private deck, and one queen suite each with private bathrooms, spacious closets and of course flat screen TV's for entertainment. The 3rd floor has a large Gulf front king suite with a large deck overlooking the Gulf and an ensuite bathroom. There are two twin roll-away beds provided. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV's.
Guests have access to a nice community pool and two lighted tennis courts.
This property comes with one assigned parking space. Overflow parking is at first come first serve basis.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
