Smoking/vaping is not permitted on condominium balconies, around the pool areas, on the private beach front--in other words Smoking/vaping is NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE on Sterling Shores property!  Sterling Shores has onsite 24-hour security for the safety of owners and guests.
