The kitchen is perfect for the chef in your family and once dinner is made, everyone can enjoy it together at our spacious dinner table which seats 8. Additional seats may be found at the bar as well! The living room has a large sectional so the whole gang can gather round for the big game on our large flat-screen smart TV or just sit and talk! What makes this even better is the beautiful Gulf backdrop. A sliding glass doors lead straight from the living room to a large balcony with a lounging area for all. This is the perfect place to enjoy conversations with friends and family, a drink or even a meal! There is nothing better than watching the sun go down after a long day at the beach, with a tea in one hand and a friend by your side.
The master suite is complete with a beautiful king bed, ample storage, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a King bed and built-in twin over twin bunk bed, a bathroom and a TV for entertainment. We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
