2 min walk from the sugary white sand and turquoise waters of Destin in this luxury retreat with accommodations for up to 16 guests. This home has everything you need to enjoy a perfect beach vacation complete with a community pool, private hot tub (coming mid June), and outdoor space.
After days spent lounging on the beach or exploring all that Destin has to offer, retire to one of the six spacious bedrooms in this home. Four of the bedrooms feature king beds while the other two have bunk beds (accommodating up to 10 guests).
Three of the king rooms have private verandas with spectacular gulf views from which to watch the sun rise and listen to the crashing waves of the Gulf. The fourth has its own kitchenette and living area where you may unwind.
At your disposal are two bunk rooms, one with a foosball table, video games, and other activities to keep them occupied at home. If they want to get out and about in the neighborhood, there is a swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, and basketball court just down a few houses.
There is plenty of space for family and friends to congregate around the open living, dining, and kitchen area. Alternatively, take advantage of one of the two propane grills to barbecue. End your day relaxing in the hot tub (available beginning mid- June), napping in the hammock or around the fire while listening to sounds from the gulf.
This community is close to all the local amenities that Destin has to offer from local attractions, shopping, dining and entertainment. This home is within walking distance to The Crab Trap and Pompano Joe's.

Features a game room with 2 bunk beds each featuring a twin over a full (accommodating 6 people). There are full-size washing/dryers on the main level for easy access to all of your damp clothes from beach activities. The floor contains a complete bathroom with tub/shower combination.
The next room is the King Bedroom, which has a full-sized living area with kitchenette.
The exterior includes an outdoor private shower, lounging areas around a fire pit, and a hammock to unwind in. Propane barbeque and table for children to dine on are also available. *** Hot tub available mid June ***
SECOND FLOOR:
This level includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, coffee bar and a convenient breakfast bar. The kitchen has enough plates to prepare any meal at home. The living room, dining area, and large private balcony with propane grill and gulf views are the ideal location for everyone to gather.
The main level offers a King bedroom with its own private terrace offering views of the sea. This floor also features a bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
THIRD FLOOR:
The upper floor of the house features two king bed master suites. The first king master suite includes its own gas fireplace and expansive private balcony with views of the sea. The second king master suite has two decks on which to watch both the gulf or the sunrise.
Bunk room with full over full (accommodating 4) has its own private bathroom. There is no need to carry laundry down because this floor has its own set of washer and dryer for your convenience.
