Summit 407A, also known as "Little Oasis”, has a lush resort view with a peek-a-boo view of the gorgeous gulf water, and is conveniently located inside the Miramar Beach, Florida’s, Tops’l Tennis & Racquet Resort. This freshly updated studio condo is everything you need when you are looking for a romantic beach getaway. The owners have replaced the flooring and added fresh paint! Immediately when you walk into the property, you are taken away by those lush resort views! The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, toaster, microwave & coffee pot to support all of your basic needs. The king size bed is sure to make you want to sleep in and wish you could stay longer. The room is equipped with a 56" flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. It also has a desk just in case you are in the area for work (although we suggest breaking loose for some play time!) The huge bathroom tub allows you to relax in a nice bubble bath to enjoy the serenity of being on vacation. There is also a walk-in shower which is perfect for getting rid of the sand & ready for a night out on the town! From your balcony you can take in the sights as you overlook the swimming pool, the Topsail Nature Preserve, and Gulf water views! You’ll find FREE Wi-Fi, FREE parking, designated trail walks, and access to the Summit pool, grills & hot tub as well.
