A brand new comfy couch (sleeper sofa) awaits you in the living room, along with a dining table for 6, and a gorgeous new kitchen you'll fall in love with! A full-size washer and dryer are also in the condo, making this a true home-away-from-home.
Your master suite also shares water views and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Your guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub.
Each bedroom and the living room has their own TVs with cable.
Step outside to explore Tops'l Resort where you may find deer mingling from the preserve or feast your eyes on the stunning white sandy beaches where stingrays, dolphins, and fish galore scurry by. The pool at Beach Manor is quite lovely, and you also have access to an indoor hot tub and wet/dry sauna. You'll also share access with the Tops'l Resort pool next door and feel free to grab a quick bite at the full-service tiki bar (seasonal) before hitting the beach.

We are more than happy to setup payment plans as you may need, so long as the final payment is paid before the due date. Contact our office to coordinate your payment plan.
We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
