Main living areas: This gem features plenty of space for everyone. Lounge in the comfy beach chic slipcovered sofas overlooking the Gulf in multiple living/sitting areas throughout the home. We have two dining areas and a well-stocked kitchen conveniently located on the main floor. In the laundry room, we have a new large capacity washer and dryer.
Sleeping arrangements: We have 6 bedrooms, all of which have TV's and closet space. The master suite is an oasis for relaxation, and features a king bed and an en suite jacuzzi tub as well as private bathroom and balcony. The first custom full over queen bunk room is a great space for kids with space to play. Down the hall, we have another king bedroom. Across that is a custom twin over twin bunk room. On the bottom level, you will find two more bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. One bedroom features two full beds while the other bedroom has a custom twin over full bunk bed. For your convenience, this home also has a sleeper sofa.
Entertainment: Complimentary high-speed internet, large flat screen smart TV's, games and more inside the home, and expansive entertainment decks! We have seating and games outside, and our steps lead right to our private beach! We have a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for when you come off the beach. Enjoy cooking on the grill and al fresca dining overlooking the Gulf to end another superb day at the beach!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
