"White Sands" is the perfect beachfront townhome. This gorgeous gulf front vacation home is located on its own private beach with security and is close to all of Destin's best attractions. Just minutes from Crab Trap, Camille's, and the Back Porch!
This gem features plenty of space for everyone. Lounge in the comfy beach chic slipcovered sofas overlooking the Gulf in multiple living/sitting areas throughout the home. We have two dining areas and a well-stocked kitchen conveniently located on the main floor. In the laundry room, we have a new large capacity washer and dryer.
Sleeping arrangements: We have 6 bedrooms, all of which have TV's. The master suite on the 3rd floor, is a Gulf front oasis for relaxation and features a king bed and an ensuite jacuzzi tub as well as private bathroom and balcony. There are 2 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor, one with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, and another with a custom twin over twin bunkbed. The 1st floor has two bedrooms, the 1st bedroom has two full size beds the 2nd bedroom has a twin over full custom bunkbed. These two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. The 4th floor has a custom twin over a full bunkbed. There are a lot of rooms to find your private spot.
Entertainment: Complimentary high-speed internet, large flat screen smart TV's, games and more inside the home, and expansive entertainment decks! We have seating and games outside, and our steps lead right to our private beach! We have a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for when you come off the beach. Enjoy cooking on the grill and al fresca dining overlooking the Gulf to end another super day at the beach!
Our vacation home is the ideal setting for family vacation memory makers. It is not an event or party home. It is perfect for a tranquil, luxury escape to the beach.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
