Fully stocked kitchen with separate kitchenette and laundry room. Gas grill. Pet-friendly. Free shuttle to the beach. Gated community, largest lagoon pool and hot tub. Centrally located. Beach gear with chairs, a cooler, a wagon and beach toys.

- Comfortably sleeps 16 in beds with 6 bedrooms
- Fully stocked with Keurig, drip coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, kettle, ice maker, air fryer, griddle pan, blender, hand mixer, baking sheet, pie, and pizza pans
- Beach gear with chairs, wagon, cooler and toys
- Beach towels
- Large hot tub
- Golf-cart friendly neighborhood (must park in driveway)
- Free air-conditioned trolley to the beach! The trolley picks you up and drops you off at your doorstep.
- Short walking distance to the beach
- Ground floor primary suite with a full bathroom plus 5 bright and airy bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors
- 2 pack ’n plays, 2 high chairs and a jogging stroller, and other kid-friendly items
- Gas grill (we try our best to leave a full tank available, but if it runs out, you can trade it in at Lowes across the road from the house and we'll reimburse you!)
- Centrally located in Destin just across from Destin Commons and most attractions, restaurants and shops in Destin
- You will have private use to the entire home during your stay and access to our neighborhood amenities such as the pool, large hot tub and tiki bar area
RENTAL AGREEMENT
You will receive a Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking to e-sign and we require a copy of the primary renter's driver's license. Must be 25 years old to book. In the summer months, we regret that we cannot accommodate early check-ins. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you need to cancel for any reason. If you exceed our limit or book under false pretenses your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will be asked to leave.
PARKING
You can fit up to 3 cars side by side in front of the house OR 2 side by side and 1 across. There's a small overflow parking at end of our street available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Golf carts are allowed but must be parked in the driveway.
SECURITY CAMERAS
The house has a ring doorbell camera and a ring floodlight camera both recorded 24/7 on the front porch.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable damage deposit of $500 is charged as a credit card hold 2 business days before your check-in date and released 3 business days after checkout.
