Sugar & Salt Beach House Villages of Crystal
Sugar&Salt is the beach house you’ve been waiting for! This huge three-story house features 6 lovely beachy themed bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two living rooms and it overlooks the best resort style pool in all of Destin! This home is only 3 blocks from the beach and provides you with free complimentary shuttle during peak season. Sugar&Salt is also minutes from great food and nightlife and of course walking distance to the best white sandy beaches around!
Heated Pool and Trolly are SEASONAL
TROLLY: Starts 3/1 - 4/15 & 5/29-11/1. House pick up and drop off included.
HEATED POOL: Will be heated 3/1-4/15 and Thanksgiving.
GOLF CARTS: are welcome but can only be parked in the driveway and will count as one of your vehicles per HOA guidelines.
HOUSE ACCESSORIES:, pack-n-play, books, board games, game console, and BBQ grill.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking this property, you will have 48 hours to sign a rental agreement listing the guidelines and house rules below.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 security deposit will be put on "hold" by the HOST before check-in and released 3 days after check-out.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: Villages of Crystal Beach does not allow RV's, trailers, or motorcycles inside the gated community. There is also frequently lawn and maintenance crews starting to work as early as 7 AM so please take that into consideration if you're a light sleeper
NO PETS: No pets allowed under any circumstances
QUIET HOURS/PARTIES: 10pm-7am. There is a security guard on duty 24/7, violations of this rule will result in a $200 fine and any parties will result in immediate loss of deposit & you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund
PARKNG: There is parking for 3 small or 2 large vehicles in the driveway as well as additional guest parking(subject to availabilty) near the back entrance towards the beach and near the pool area.
GOLF CARTS: You can rent a golf cart for your stay if you are only bringing 2 vehicles. There are only 3 vehicles allowed in the driveway & a golf cart will count as a vehicle (per HOA regulations.). Golf carts CANNOT be parked in overflow parking.
POOL: Each guest will need to wear the wristband provided at check-in, other than small children. Please return all wristbands at checkout.
CANCELLATIONS: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages & other things beyond our control
EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECKOUT: We do not allow either to give our cleaner ample time to turn before the next guest.
MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: Minimum age to book is 28 or older & must be present unless otherwise approved by us. No third party bookings.
The number of people on reservation must not be more than amount listed. Cleaner only leaves enough pool bands & towels for guests listed on reservation
MAINTENANCE: Depending on the issue, we may or may not send maintenance to the property during your stay
