NOTE REGARDING CONSTRUCTION IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN RENTING DURING AUGUST 2025 - MARCH 13, 2026:
The Azure building will be undergoing an exterior renovation project beginning the first week in August 2025. We've blocked off the time that our unit will be directly affected by the project, but if you decide to book a stay during August 4, 2025 - March 16, 2026 you should be aware of the potential for construction noise, equipment and temporary inconvenience as this work is being done during the daylight hours.
This project will require the swimming pools (2) to be closed during the following time frames:
West Pool Closure: 10/6 to 12/19
East Pool Closure 10/20 to 2/13
This means that both pools will be closed from 10/20/25 - 12/19/25 and during the rest of the time only one pool will be open for use by residents & guests.

HOUSE RULES:
We would welcome your reservation if:
•You are over the age of 25 years & are willing to provide a copy of your valid ID
•You are willing to sign a copy of our rental agreement which will be emailed to you after your booking is confirmed
•You are not a smoker
•You do not want to bring a pet
•Your party does not consist of more than 10 people
•If your booking includes a security deposit instead of our default "Damage Waiver fee" you agree to read the information on our rental agreement about "Security Deposit Hold" to understand how that process works and how it will affect the card that was used to make your payment.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation Fee (charged for every cancellation): $100.00 + tax
- Up to 60 days before arrival, guest receives 100% (less the taxable cancellation fee);
- Up to 30 days before arrival, guest receives 50% (less the taxable cancellation fee);
- No refunds within 30 days.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM
