Walk right out to the beach, swim in your choice of two swimming pools (Both with hot tubs), walk across the street and enjoy local restaurants, visit nearby attractions, or just sit and watch the sunsets. Your ticket to paradise!
Azure 120 is a ground floor unit with partial gulf views, a large balcony, and private stairs leading to a grassy area and the beach. You do not have to walk through the condominium or go down elevators to go to the beach. Unique for a condo.
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen 43- TV, and private bathroom with a whirlpool soaking tub. A second bedroom which includes two full size beds and a 43- smart TV/DVD player. A third bedroom has twin size bunks beds and a flat screen TV/DVD player. The living area has a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa, 65- smart TV, DVD player, and 10 ft sliding glass doors that lead to the expansive patio. The dining area includes a full-sized table and seating for six. A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. A laundry room with a large capacity side-by-side washer and dryer.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
