Space
750 sf of living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a queen sofa-sleeper. Sleeps 6 people. Fully stocked kitchen. Laundry room is on balcony. The key is behind the front door.
Notes
There are 9 stairs leading to the entrance of the main floor condo. There are no handicap alternatives for the stairs. There are "No Pets Allowed" signs by the stairs. This means pets are not allowed to relieve themselves in landscapes beds. There is a designated dog area next to the dumpsters. Please clean up after pet. There are doodie bags provided on the leash behind the front door and in the kitchen drawer.

Absolutely no smoking or open flames of any kind allowed in unit. Smoking on the balcony/deck with door firmly closed is allowed. Reciprocal for ashes and buds is availab just add water. DO NOT flick ashes or buds in landscape, pine straw could catch on fire and its littering. No leaning, sitting or climbing on balcony/deck railing. Pets must be taken out to relieve in designated pet area next to dumpster and must be on leashes when outside. No relieving pets in any of the landscaped beds. Pool closes at 10:00 pm. Quite hours are from 10:00 pm-6:00 am. No glass in pool area. Pets must lay on provided furniture pads when on the furniture to avoid picks and tearing. Make sure to leave everything that belongs with the unit before leaving.
