Welcome to our newly decorated Island Princess Condo!! This large unit is the ideal location for your family vacation. Our spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is conveniently located on the first floor, just steps from the pool and beach. You can walk directly from our unit to the oceanfront pool and skip the elevators and stairs. Our large fenced patio provides a great place for a poolside lunch and an enclosed place for little ones to play while you get your bag ready for a day at the beach.
We have 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a tub/shower combo in each bathroom. We also have a kitchen that is well stocked for cooking. The unit has its own washer/dryer and a reserved covered parking space just steps from the front door. At 1600 square feet, this is one of the largest 3 bedroom units on the beach.
Our family friendly unit has a high chair, booster seats, a stroller, a pack and play, and a baby monitor so you can sit by the pool and listen for your little ones as they nap.
The unit has been completely redecorated and has new carpet and new paint. It also has new bedding. Every bedroom has its own television and private bath.
The Island Princess has a beachfront pool that is heated seasonally. There is also a hot tub on the pool deck. Daily beach service (an umbrella and 2 chairs) is provided free of charge from March 1-Oct. 31. We have 450 feet of beach front for the use of Island Princess guests. Our sugar white sand is the most beautiful you'll ever see. We even provide a cooler so you can take snacks to the beach and extra beach towels for your use.
There is an exercise room on the property as well as a grilling area complete with an arbor and picnic tables. Island Princess is well known for it's manicured grounds and well kept property.
Saturday to Saturday during the months of June and July
We do not rent to parties under the age of 21!
6 is the maximum number of adults allowed to rent unit. There is additional sleeping on a pull out sofa to accommodate 2 children. 8 is the maximum number of occupants! No more than 6 adults.
