Nestled on the pristine beaches of Okaloosa Island, this charming 2nd-floor, 820 sq. ft. condo is ideal for small families or couples seeking a beach getaway. Step onto the private balcony just off the living room to take in the peaceful views of the serene shore. Relax by the pool or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach, only steps from your door.
Inside, the bedroom boasts a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and a private attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The hallway features a cozy bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) and the living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) for extra comfort.
The fully upgraded kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals, and for your convenience, we provide linens, towels, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Plus, enjoy one reserved covered parking spot in the garage.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the FREE beach service (2 chairs & 1 umbrella, available March 1st – October 31st). You can also swim in the large pool, relax in the hot tub during cooler months, or cook up a meal in the charcoal grilling area. Stay active with a workout in the on-site fitness room.

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.-
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
