This Condo is located on the GROUND FLOOR and very easy in and out access! The patio is just steps to the gate that leads to the pool area. Look out your back door and watch the kids playing in the pool! Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Master host a king size bed with it's own private bath with walk in shower. 2nd bedroom host a twin over queen bunk with a twin trundle underneath and connects the the hall bath. Living room hosts a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Dining room has seating for 6 with extra seating at breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully stock with just about any item you might need to prepare your meals! (Regular and Keurig Coffee Maker) Washer and dryer in unit!

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals offers a pontoon boat to be rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
Stay along the Emerald Coast in our beachfront Sea Oats condos located on Okaloosa Island. At Fort Walton Beach, the beach is your playground with a beachfront pool and hot tub that connects to a private beach boardwalk with outdoor shower. Sea Oats is close to Fort Walton Beach attractions and restaurants, such as the Boardwalk shops and restaurants, AJ’s, the famous fishing pier and the Gulfarium.

Parking: There is enough room for one car per unit and a little guest overflow. There is no guaranteed parking beyond those spaces. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.
