Jeff Stewart - Destin Florida Realtor Spotlight

In light of this amazing partnership, we are starting a “Realtor Spotlight” featuring Realty ONE Group’s Emerald Coast realtors. Our first spotlight is Jeff Stewart! Originally from Dallas, Jeff and his family began traveling to Destin every summer since 2013. His family’s strong love for Destin led them home to the Emerald Coast in 2020. The stewart family consists of his wife, two daughters, son, and his 16 year old Chihuahua. Jeff’s biggest motivator is to support and care for his family. He also added that serving as a resource to the community and helping people with their real estate goals is another major motivator in his career.

With 13 years of experience in the real estate industry and 4 of those years as a broker, Jeff’s passion stems beyond his experience. Real estate is in Jeff’s blood! Jeff’s great-grandfather was a real estate developer and builder, and when his grandfather retired from the Air Force, he also worked in real estate. Coincidentally, Jeff’s first job was for a home builder, and from there he really fell in love with the business. Today, Jeff is a broker for ROGEC where he is living out his dreams. He loves that everyday on the job is different and he also enjoys working with a variety of different people. We also asked him what he is looking forward to most working with DestinFlorida.com and he said, “ I look forward to meeting people from all over the world that want to put down roots in Destin. It’s really an amazing place to be, and I look forward to helping make that a reality for those that are ready!” 

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending his time along his favorite part of Destin, the Emerald beaches. He is also a musician and serves as the music director for his church. Last, but certainly not least, he is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys a good sporting event. As Jeff and his family begin to settle into their new home, they are slowly becoming locals experimenting with paddle boarding and fishing! 

It’s no secret that Jeff isn’t the only one who falls in love with the Emerald Coast. Jeff explains, “right now purchasing in Destin makes a lot of financial sense if you like to visit the area!” He also added, “there’s so much opportunity for rental income, or just general appreciation of your asset. The area and appeal is growing, and will continue to do so as more people come and fall in love with the Emerald Coast.”
