A new photographer is making waves in Destin! We are excited to introduce SuttonB Photography to the Emerald Coast. Sutton Godar is not your everyday, run-of-the-mill Destin Florida photographer. She specializes in everything from family portraits to businesses and real estate. Sutton is an artist who beautifully captures joy, individuality, and style with grace. We were lucky enough to sit down with Sutton and learn more about her rapidly growing Florida business. Learn about everything Sutton offers and so much more!

Business has blossomed since early 2022 for the Ohio native. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Sutton moved to Destin in January 2022. “I grew up with my mom always behind the lens; that’s where my true inspiration came from,” Sutton shared. After moving from Ohio to Florida, Sutton started a new life, embraced her inner passions, and committed to her photography business—motivated to make a name. Sutton is doing just that with her beautiful family photography sessions and maternity shoots. She is also discovering a love for working with businesses and real estate. However, Sutton’s true love is photographing children. On her website, a recent review mentioned, “She was very professional and patient with our boys. She helped us find poses and made us feel comfortable and confident in the poses. We received the pictures with a super quick turnaround. We love them all! I would highly recommend her! I will for sure reach back out for our next vacation in the Destin area! 10/10 would do again!”

Photographing for businesses and taking pictures of real estate have also been exciting for Sutton. She has worked closely with DestinFlorida.com and real estate locations such as Pavilion Palms. Her goal is to help clients monetize their businesses or properties to their greatest potential. Her photos can assist in areas such as websites, social media presence, and more. She is always open to creative and unique sessions. Recently, she worked with DestinFlorida.com on a new magazine—photographing Destin’s own mayor, Gary Jarvis!
