Sandestin Resort Condo w/ Golf Cart!

This spacious condo is located in the beautiful 2400 acre Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort!  With 1400 sq. ft. of living space, you can spread out and relax with your family after a day at the beach or round of golf.  The two, carpeted bedrooms are located upstairs and each bedroom has a king bed, full bath with walk-in shower, and two closets.  One of the bedrooms has an open-air veranda with beautiful views of the bay!  

The fully tiled first floor of this condo is open concept, with a fully-furnished kitchen, dining area and family room with a queen sleeper sofa.  Right off the family room is a spacious screened porch overlooking a nice manicured lawn with walking/biking path.  There is a half bath and full-size high definition (HD) washer and dryer conveniently located on the first level.  An extra beverage refrigerator in this area is an added bonus!

A covered storage area attached to the front of the condo holds FURNISHED beach chairs, charcoal grill, cooler, beach toys and umbrellas. If this isn't enough, we have a 2024 4-seat GOLF CART for you to enjoy as you discover all that the Resort has to offer!  Come enjoy the four golf courses, tennis courts, walking/biking paths, walking village with restaurants, bars, boutiques, playground, marina, zipline, arcade, live music, outdoor movies, magic shows, fireworks and more!!  The free heated pools and beach are only 5 minutes away by golf cart!  Enjoy a short drive to 30A, Panama City, Destin Commons area and boardwalk and even Ft. Walton.  

I prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals in the summer, but please call or email with your preferred dates.  Minimum rental is 7 days in summer, five days otherwise.

If you need two condos or my condo is unavailable, friends have a condo across the parking lot (Airbnb.com/rooms/24077393); it is not pet friendly either.
