This room has a separate entrance from the hallway or can be accessed through the living room. In the bright and cozy living room you will finda new smart flat screen 65 in tv and a sleeper sofa. You can step out onto your private balcony to enjoy views of exciting events such as the mardi gras parade, golf cart parade, fireworks and other happenings in Sandestin. The full kitchen is equipped with appliances, a coffee maker, dishwasher and stove/oven allowing you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table sits 6 and there is additional seating at the kitchen counter.You also have the convinence of a washer and dryer in the unit. As part of the Sandestin Community you will have access to the gated covered parking, shopping, dining and activities. The ammenities inside the resort include tennis, pickleball, golf, boating, zip lining and beach. Some of these activities are for a fee.
