The owners provide all the comforts of home here, and the views are amazing. With a full-blown remodel completed, everything in here is brand spankin' new!
Your living space is the perfect spot to hang out after a day at the beach - bring some cards or pull out a board game for ultimate fun. The new SMART TV has cable, and you can also login it your favorite apps like Disney+, Netflix, etc. with your personal accounts. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and toaster and a Ninja Blender for making your favorite beverage. We provide all sorts of pots and pans, glassware, silverware, and more - you just have to bring the food!
The master suite is a dream-come-true with mesmerizing views, a comfy new King bed, and a rolling SMART TV (no cable!) You have an en-suite bathroom here with a large walk-in shower, double vanity space, and a walk-in closet. The guest room is around the corner and boasts another comfy Queen bed, SMART TV with cable, closet, and direct access to the shared bathroom. We even have a stackable washer and dryer in the condo for your use!

Oh, and don't let us forget, we also include tram service so you can hop on the trolley back to Baytowne Wharf!

Breathe Easy Rentals has enhanced cleaning protocols in place. You'll enjoy our Rest Well linen package that allows you to sleep with peace of mind knowing all bed linens and spreads are professionally laundered between every booking.
** Stays more than 25 nights must be paid in full 120 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy is also different than shorter stays - inquire before booking for more info. **
We are more than happy to setup payment plans as you may need, so long as the final payment is paid before the due date. Contact our office to coordinate your payment plan.
We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
