4025 Beachside in Sandestin by Skis and Seas | Florida Beach Rentals | Tram + Walk-in Shower
Our spacious second floor unit has great views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. One of the nicest things about our condo is that you can walk directly from the condo, over the boardwalk and to the beach without ever using the elevator.
Our Beachside One two bedroom condo is a wonderful home base for your family’s beach vacation. We are within walking distance to The Beach House Restaurant and the Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort and their Spa, Serenity by the Sea as well as the many restaurants and meeting space in the Hilton’s conference center. We are far enough away though, that we have space and quiet of our own away from the more crowded beaches near the main beach access of SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort. And of course we have our own private, gated beach access.
Our condo is spacious and roomy and will have plenty of room for your family to spread out. This condo has everything you and your family will need for a great beach vacation. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with all the basic necessities for a quick meal. With seating for 10 between the counter and dining table this condo has room for even a few friends to come over for lunch. The living area has comfy seating for your whole party and a 40” flat screen TV to keep up with your favorite shows or sporting events. The condo I and common areas are equipped with free WIFI.
The master bedroom is open with a king sized bed and a wall of windows looking out over the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Attached to the master bedroom is a full bathroom with a walk in shower double vanities and walk in closet.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for guests or children and has an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo that is great for getting all the sand off the little ones.
We also have a sleeper sofa in the living room that is nice for additional guests or children but that we don’t recommend for adults.
