IMPORTANT NOTE: The Beachside II building is scheduled for exterior renovation through May 2023. During this time, some amenities may not be available, and construction may be noisy. The Beachside II pool and pool deck will not be available for use beginning October 2022 to approximately May 2023. Stay dates through May 2023 will receive a "Construction Discount” off the rent which is reflected in the online quote. Please contact our reservations team for additional questions.

Your private, 7th floor balcony can be accessed from the living area and has great patio furniture - it is truly the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or time with friends. The kitchen is fully stocked - you will find everything you need to feel perfectly at home and make dinner for those nights spent in your condo. There is even a washer and dryer for your utmost convenience. The dining area has a beautiful glass top table big enough for six. The master bedroom is fantastic with its luxury king size bed and wall to wall windows with amazing beach view. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, while the sectional sofa in the living room converts to a queen size bed. This unit can comfortably sleep six people.

The parking deck and beach access are securely gated for a comfort of mind. From leisurely strolls to adventurous bike rides, the whole family is bound to have fun on the trails throughout the resort. We cannot wait to see you!
