CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
Target dates ranges are listed. Actual date ranges will be narrowed down later. We will update our information the moment we receive it. Contractors will be replacing windows and some patio doors on the south side of the tower. To ensure the safety of owners and guests’ certain areas will be closed off when construction is above that area. Protective scaffolding will be constructed to protect owners and guests exiting the building to access the beach. When contractors are working on a stack, ALL BALCONIES will be closed off on that specific stack. Windows will be covered at times also. Pool will tentatively be closed for a period of time sometime between October 31st, 2022 and May 2023. Parking garage renovations will begin SPRING 2023 also. More information to come. Please note construction noise will be present until May 2023.
