IMPORTANT NOTE: The Beachside Two pool is closed for renovations, with an anticipated completion date of July 2025. Some construction noise may be audible. Guests will enjoy access to the Phil Hummel pool on the north side of the resort and the Linkside pool, opening Spring 2025. A construction discount is included in the online quote.

This unique, 3-bedroom Gulf-front condo with jaw-dropping views is the one you've been looking for. This unit has spectacular wrap-around windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful pristine white sand of Sandestin. In the kitchen, you will find sleek granite countertops and additional bar seating. Enjoy a quiet meal in the beautiful dining area overlooking miles of beaches. The living area provides a comfortable area to relax and take it all in. All will enjoy the breathtaking views from the huge picture windows and balconies accessible from the living room. The master bedroom holds a luxurious king sized bed and Eastern Gulf views with direct access to the balcony, and the attached master bathroom provides a spacious double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. There is a Gulf-front Queen bedroom that has direct balcony access, and a cozy Queen bed in the guest bedroom as well. The second bathroom is accessible to the unit, and has a walk-in shower.

The parking deck and beach access are securely gated for a comfort of mind.
