Emerald Waters is just across from the beach and provides a pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, and private beach access. It's perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat. Upon entering Emerald Waters 305, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Destin vacation rental on the third floor, you're presented with an open floor plan of the common areas with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal. The breakfast bar seats 3 while the dining area seats 4. The living area offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, Gulf views, and an HDTV. The Gulf view master king suite located off the living area offers an HDTV and a private bathroom. The guest room offers a queen bed, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. A twin rollaway bed is also provided and can be placed anywhere in the condo, making the sleeping arrangements for up to 7 guests. Both the master and guest mattresses have just been replaced in November 2021. This unit conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the vacation rental condo along with a supply of beach chairs and boogie boards for guests to use during their stay! Emerald Waters is located just across the beach and offers a pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, elevator, and private beach access. Close to shopping, dining, live entertainment, nightlife, and more.
