Grand Foyer welcomes you with a barrel ceiling.  The living room has ample seating, a large new Smart TV, and is open to the fully equipped kitchen with ice maker and Breakfast bar.  Walk out to the back to enjoy the pool.  The game room has a Foosball table with other fun activities.  Also on this level are 2 Master Bedrooms with ensuite baths, a half bath, a Stack Washer/Dryer and an Elevator.  
Second Floor:
4 Bedrooms - Large Primary bedroom with bathroom with Tub and separate shower with double sinks.  Additional King bedroom with private bath, A Queen bedroom with Private bath, and 4th room has twin over full bunks & trundle.  All bedrooms open to the covered balconies.  Full-size washer and dryer are also on this level.
Third Floor:
Features a super large Kitchen and living area, boasting 2 breakfast bars, under counter ice maker, and gas cooking. Dining with 8 chairs and 9 barstools.  Enjoy your favorite shows on the big Smart TV.  Access to front and rear balconies from the Living area, Dining, and the Queen Master suite. The powder room completes this floor.
From the front balcony of this level, you'll find a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop deck with Coastal Views for miles!
