The HOA will be doing work on the building October 14th-November 11th 2024 and it could be very noisy. There will be no access to the balcony during September 19th-October 19th and it could be very noisy. Maravilla is a 33 acre beach front community with 500 feet of deeded beach access. The community has gated access from US 98 and Scenic Gulf Drive. Other community features are two pools (one heated seasonally), hot tub, clubhouse with kitchen and community room, fitness room, association management on site, two tennis courts, Basketball, shuffleboard, and direct beach access to the beach and gulf.
