SANDDOLLAR TOWNHOMES, UNIT 5

This is a 4 bedroom townhome located directly on a private beach in Miramar Beach, Destin, Florida.  It is on 3 llevels.  The top level is master bedroom with king bed and bath and small deck looking out over the ocean.  There is another bedroom on this level with a queen bed and private bath.  The middle level is a newly remodeled kitchen, fully stocked with most anything you will need, living room and half bath, a large deck overlooking the ocean with BBQ grill and  table and chairs. The street level has a bedroom with twin beds and bunk beds,  a washer and dryer , a bedroom with queen bed and bath.  This level also features a large covered deck looking out on the ocean with chairs and table. There is also a mini kitchen area with small refrigerator and microwave, sink and dishes.  The sand level deck has beach chairs and toys for your use , table and chairs and an outdoor shower .  All the rooms have smart tvs so bring your codes.  We have done an extensive remodel , new flooring, new bathrooms, new doors for decks and indoors.  New living room furniture has finally arrived ! We have quite a few return renters so this speaks to what a great place this is to rent .I only do rentals of entire townhome , you will never have to share with strangers .  4 beach chairs and 2 umberellas will be placed on beach for you each morning.
