The inviting atmosphere will ensure your vacation is as relaxing as it can be. Gather around our large smart TV and watch the big game or your favorite family film. The kitchen features generous granite counter tops, ample lighting, brand new stainless appliances and all the necessary tools to create a lovely meal. The dinner table seats 4 with 4 additional spots at the breakfast bar.
The living room has sliding glass doors that lead out to our back porch where you will find a set up for al fresca dining and views to remember. Our property is on one of the charming lakes where you can enjoy nature with your morning cup of coffee! As a bonus, this home has just received a new roof and features comfort height toilets.
The master suite features a king size bed, a large smart TV, lots of closet space and a private bathroom. The master bathroom has a full length vanity with one sink and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed, a full-size closet and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and a tub/shower and there is an additional half bath in the main living area as well. The sofa also has a queen pull-out bed. Our home features a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car! The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses, of which 3 are open to the public, 12 clay tennis courts, 3 hard courts, and 6 pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, multiple pools, fabulous restaurants, unique shopping and an array of additional activities to explore.
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BOOKING, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces. This includes not only table and counter tops but all dressers, nightstands, door knobs, cabinet pulls, remote controls, etc. We use Lysol Disinfectant Spray for fabric surfaces.
